What our apps collect: nothing
None of our apps run user accounts, analytics or a server that receives your invoices, clients, transactions, portfolio or receipts. We can’t read that data, hand it to anyone, or lose it in a breach, because it never reaches us.
Where your data lives
Everything you enter — customers, jobs, invoices, transactions, portfolio holdings, budgets, receipts, notes and settings — is stored in a local database inside each app’s private storage on your device, protected by your operating system’s app sandbox. If an app offers a lock, unlocking uses your device’s own biometric or passcode check; we never see the result.
Backups you control
Where an app offers a backup export, the file goes to a destination you choose — your own iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or the phone’s Files app. It travels from your device to that destination and never passes through us. Restoring simply reads it back in.
Device permissions
- Camera and photos — only when you attach a receipt or a logo. Images stay on the device.
- Receipt scanning — text is read from the photo on the device itself, never uploaded for processing.
- Contacts — importing a client hands the app only the single entry you chose; it does not read your address book.
- Notifications — reminders are scheduled locally on the device; no push server is involved.
Market data and prices
Where an app shows a live share or crypto price, it requests that single quote from a market-data provider at the moment you ask — no portfolio holdings, balances or identifying details are sent with that request.
When you send a document
Sharing an invoice, statement or report hands the file to your operating system’s share sheet, and you choose the destination — email, messaging, AirDrop, a printer or Files. It goes directly from your device to that app, under its own privacy terms.
Payments and subscriptions
Where an app charges a subscription, Apple’s App Store or Google Play processes it and tells the app only whether it’s active — we never see your card details. Where an app lets you accept payments via your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account, your customer’s card details go to that processor, never to us or into the app.
No tracking, no ads, no data sales
Our apps contain no advertising SDKs and no cross-app tracking identifiers. We do not sell, rent or share personal information, because we hold none.
This website and contacting us
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives that request as an ordinary web request from your browser.
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, and use it only to reply and keep a record of the exchange. We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and you can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.
Your rights, and deleting your data
Because your records live on your device, you already hold them. Export a PDF, CSV or backup at any time; deleting an app removes its local database and everything in it, so back up first if you want to keep it. For anything you’ve sent us by email or contact form, ask through the form for a copy or for it to be erased.
Children
Our apps are business and personal-finance tools, not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them — or, in practice, from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we’ll update the date at the top and note anything material in the relevant app’s release notes. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the update.
